| Bills are mailed monthly. Included with the monthly water usage bill are charges for refuse, sanitary sewer service and sewer capital improvements. The sanitary sewer charge is based on water consumption and rates are set by the City Council. | |

| Drop Payment in Box: Located at the curb behind City Hall on the North side of the Public Square. |

| Payment Options: Debit Cards Credit Cards Online Cash, Check (personal, cashiers) ACH – Direct Debit (stop by City Hall to set up ACH) Failure to receive a bill does not relieve customer of payment or penalty. A penalty of 10% will be added if the bill is not paid by the due date printed on the bill. |

| DUE DATES: The water bills are billed the 5th of every month being due the 25th of the same month. |
